Custom Lorry Mattress

It's Important To Have a Good Night's Sleep

A good night’s sleep could be the difference between a safe journey or a dangerous journey, the DVLA class long distance lorry drivers as a “great concern” when regarding at risk groups for Obstructive Sleep Apnoea Syndrome (OSAS).

They are regarded as a concern due to driving on monotonous roads where OSAS could have an impact on their awareness, alertness and control of their surroundings.

However it’s not only the driver who causes concern, the size of the vehicle means it could easily hurt innocent members of the public should an accident occur.

If you are driving long distances, tired or exhausted, it’s always recommended to stop and take a break, because on Britain’s crowded roads there is little room for error.
