Time To Measure Up
Before heading off to buy your bed frame, take the time to measure the size of your current bed and your mattress. Gaining these measurements will prove vital when buying your new bed frame. If you are looking to move up a bed size, you'll need to take down the measurements of your desired bed so you can make sure the room is big enough for a frame of that size.
Bear in mind that, with most beds, the mattress will rest within the frame, so the size of the frame may be a little bit larger than the dimensions of the mattress.
