Are your shops open as normal?
Our showrooms are open again, from Saturday 23rd May. There will be strict social distancing measures in effect within the shops, and customers will be reminded to stay at least 2 metres away from anyone who is not from their own household. Depending on the number of customers within the premises, there may be times when we limit the total number of people allowed to enter.
When will I receive my delivery?
Items which we have in stock can be delivered within just a couple of days, with certain items (rolled mattresses, bed frames, pillows, mattresses protectors etc), being available to take with you, there and then.
Made to order and items we do not keep in stock, have been delayed during the lockdown, but many of our bed and mattress suppliers will be returning to full production shortly. Sales staff will be able to advise you of the lead times in store.
In terms of existing orders, we expect that your goods will be ready for delivery soon. As many of our suppliers have been going through a phased return to full production (following the Government's annoucement on Sunday 11th May), we should start receiving regular deliveries to our warehouse again shortly.
Social Distancing and Delivery Procedure
To strike a balance between our quality of service and consumer choice, our local customers are given three delivery options:
- Delivery to Front Door Only: If you would prefer our delivery team to not enter your property, goods can be left at the front door. They will be wearing disposable gloves.
- Delivery to your Room of Choice: Goods can be delivered to your room of choice. The delivery team will be wearing face masks in addition to disposable gloves.
- Delivery to your Room of Choice & Divan Bed Assembly: Divan beds will be assembled by the delivery team in your room of choice. The packaging will be removed and disposed of. This service does not include bed frames. Face masks and disposable gloves will be worn by the delivery team at all times.
To uphold the safety of our staff and customers, social distancing guidlines should be followed at all times. We would ask that you avoid being in the same room as our delivery team, whilst they deliver and assemble your goods. Ensure that all doors are open between your front door and the destination room. The route should be clear of any toys, clothes, ornaments and picture frames.
With all delivery options, our team will take photographic evidence of delivery, in lieu of your signature on their paperwork. We have resumed collection of customers' old mattresses and beds (excluding bed frames). There is an additional charge for this service and it can be arraged in store, or with the purchase of selected items on our website. You will be provided with polythene bags along with tape. You should ensure all items are wrapped before our team remove them for you.

ONLINE ORDERS & DELIVERY
Can I place an order online?
Yes, our website has been operating as normal during the lockdown period. You have the option to pay using your card details, or via PayPal if you prefer.
When will my delivery be?
Stock items purchased via our Local Delivery page will be delivered on a day of your choosing (see options at the checkout).
For any products which require manufacture, or which have been purchased on pages other than our Local Delivery page, the applicable lead times are reflected in the delivery dates shown at the checkout.
