Are your shops open as normal?
Following the Govenement's annoucement on Saturday 31st October, our showrooms will be closed from Thursday 5th November in accordance with national lockdown restrictions, but our Warehouse & Delivery staff will continue working during this time.
Our Internet Sales & Customer Service team will also be working, so if you would like to place an order, check the status of an existing order, or pay off your balance, please give them a call on 01642 613684 or email via firstname.lastname@example.org.
When will I receive my delivery?
Items which we have in stock can be delivered within just a couple of days, with certain items being available for Next Day Delivery. On the other hand, the knock on effect of covid-19, travel restrictions and social distancing within the manufacturer's factories, has resulted in longer lead times of non stock items compared to normal circumstances. If you would like to check stock information prior to placing an order, please give us a ring on 01642 613684 or email via email@example.com.
Social Distancing and Delivery Procedure
To strike a balance between our quality of service and consumer choice, our local customers are given three delivery options:
- Delivery to Front Door Only: If you would prefer our delivery team to not enter your property, goods can be left at the front door. They will be wearing disposable gloves.
- Delivery to your Room of Choice: Goods can be delivered to your room of choice. The delivery team will be wearing face masks in addition to disposable gloves.
- Delivery to your Room of Choice & Divan Bed Assembly: Divan beds will be assembled by the delivery team in your room of choice. The packaging will be removed and disposed of. This service does not include bed frames. Face masks and disposable gloves will be worn by the delivery team at all times.
To uphold the safety of our staff and customers, social distancing guidlines should be followed at all times. We would ask that you avoid being in the same room as our delivery team, whilst they deliver and assemble your goods. Ensure that all doors are open between your front door and the destination room. The route should be clear of any toys, clothes, ornaments and picture frames.
With all delivery options, our team will take photographic evidence of delivery, in lieu of your signature on their paperwork. We have resumed collection of customers' old mattresses and beds (excluding bed frames). There is an additional charge for this service and it can be arraged in store, or with the purchase of selected items on our website. You will be provided with polythene bags along with tape. You should ensure all items are wrapped before our team remove them for you.

ONLINE ORDERS & DELIVERY
Can I place an order online?
Yes, our website has been operating as normal during the lockdown period. You have the option to pay using your card details, or via PayPal if you prefer.
When will my delivery be?
You can specify an exact delivery date for most orders at the Checkout stage. For any items where an exact date isn't given, you can simply contact us by phone or email and we will check this for you.
This information will be updated following any further updates from the Government. The Government is planning on reviewing the current guidelines on or around Wednesday 2nd December.
