What is a Hybrid Mattress
A hybrid mattress, also sometimes known as a combination mattress, contains a pocket sprung core with layers of memory foam on top of it. The memory foam focuses on your body’s shape, cradling you while you sleep. But, underneath this comfort layer of memory foam sits a spring system which supports your body throughout the night.
A common issue with all foam mattresses is that they absorb body heat, which can make them too warm for some sleepers. The sprung core of a hybrid mattress helps to avoid this by improving airflow, allowing the heat to dissipate.
