Sleepeezee Guarantee & Warranty Information
All of these products are covered by a 10 Year Guarantee period. This means that in the unlikely event that any manufacturing faults become present within this time, your mattress will be replaced free of charge. If the exact model which you've purchased is no longer available (i.e. it has been discontinued and is no longer in production), the nearest equivalent model will be offered, up to the value of your order. Your guarantee starts from the day you received delivery.
Sleepeezee Mattress Product Care Guide
Mattresses should be turned (flipped over) and rotated (top-to-tail) regularly, unless specified as a non turn. Non turn products should still be rotated. This ensures even 'settlement' of the fillings and reduces the effect of the mattress surface forming a 'body imprint' over time. We recommend turning and rotating the mattress once a week for the first couple of months and then once every 3 months following that. This will minimise the effects of settlement and will prolong the life of your product.
How Long Do Sleepeezee Mattresses Last?
Although this varies based on customer usage, these products can last from 7 to 10 years on average. Ensuring that you follow the correct care procedures, having a suitable divan base (or bed frame), along with choosing the correct mattress for your body and requirements, go a long way in reducing the effects of wear and tear.
