NBF Award Winner: Independent Bed Retailer of the Year 2019-20

Introduction

The National Bed Federation are the trade association which represents bed manufacturers and suppliers in the UK. Founded in 1912, the NBF exists to promote ever growing standards within industry, ensuring that its members use quality materials, a high level of craftsmanship and ethical processes in the manufacture of their goods. They are not a regulatory body as such, but believe in educating both trade organisations and consumers, as the leading authority on beds and mattresses.
Every year they hold an awards ceremony to celebrate manufacturers and retailers who they've recognised as making the greatest positive impact upon the industry, within the last year.

We're Proud to Have Received Our Award!

This year the Bed Show Gala Dinner was held on Tuesday 17th September and Linthorpe Beds was one of just six winners, including the likes of Harrison Spinks and Dreams. We're honoured to have beaten off the extremely fierce competition in our category, receiving the award for Independent Bed Retailer of the Year!

"We’re thrilled that the effort of every one of our staff have been recognised. Obviously we couldn’t have done this without them.

It’s a tremendous boost to win, especially when one looks at the quality of the entrants and it makes all of the investment of time and money so worthwhile. Being recognised by your peers is a great accolade and we’re happy about that.

We’re obviously going to use the award to it’s maximum advantage and try to build our brand further. It’s great for the people of the North East to know that they have another fantastic business on their doorstep where they can shop and get the best products and service that will match anywhere else in the country.

I’m sure that the award will enhance the trust that both local and National customers have in us and will drive the business to even better things in the coming year."
